About Sara

Sara is a certified career coach, focusing on helping clients build careers around their passions. With more than 20 years of Human Resources and recruiting experience, she has placed hundreds of talented individuals in positions that were right for them.

Sara was a First Vice President in charge of Talent Acquisition at Robert W. Baird & Company. For over 13 years, she created and implemented strategies to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce throughout Baird.

Before joining Baird, Sara served as a staffing consultant at Hatch Staffing Services, where she developed a large client base and regularly spoke at area colleges about the job market and the expectations of employers. Prior to that, she served as project coordinator for the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) Study of Early Child Care at Temple University in Philadelphia.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
