This comprehensive supervisory/management series delivers the fundamentals an individual needs to know in order to achieve Leadership success. This program is designed to offer supervisors / managers the training that will build the skills needed to excel in their leadership role and enhance their value to the organization.

Accountability and Ethics
The Academy meets every other week for 6 sessions (spanning 12 weeks) running from 1 pm to 4 pm.
