Retained: We conduct retained searches to fill executive level positions. Our retained fee structure is based on a percentage of the position’s target compensation and invoiced in three increments. We guarantee our work and focus on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Contract Recruitment: Budget constraints can affect your ability to contract for recruitment resources. We have developed a process that delivers both quality and cost containment. We set a minimum and maximum fee for each search and charge an hourly rate to conduct the process itself. In most cases, a project is successfully completed for 50% or less than normal search expenditures. We partner with our customer’s staff to supplement our work and reduce costs even further.
